I suppose they are trying to mutter something about an extraterrestrial object striking terrestrially. Perhaps they actually think there could be a terrestrial object involved with that extinction.
I thought we concluded these findings many decades ago.

Bottom line: geology’s ‘no flood, ever’ paradigm is the source of our misunderstandings of earth and human history.
Also, the YD impact event and the worldwide flood are the same event.
