I got tired of trying to negotiate around Win 10, so I loaded “Classic Shell” free, and it looks like the previous Windows OS. Also use the grey-green background color on my desktop screen so it looks like I’m running Win 95, or 3.2.

Is the Classic Shell part of the Windows 10 system, or do you have to download it from the internet?
