The solution to insomnia is a sleep mask.
Pitch black, not even dim light thru your eyelids, stimulates melatonin, the brain’s natural sleep hormone.
I wish I’d known this decades ago. I’m finally sleeping deeply 8 hours. When the alarm sounds, off comes the mask, in comes the sunlight & serotonin, and I’m up.
Also, I don’t eat or drink 3 hours before bed. Makes me want to pee all night.
