As much as I have grown to dislike Mitt since 2012, I still don’t see why him having an alias Twitter account is that big of a deal.
Twitter is about personal opinion, not statements made under oath.
I wonder what Beto’s Twitter handle is. Probably something like Blarney Bob. Bill Clinton would be Flagrante Delicto.

If his alias was ‘Utah Man’, or something like that, no one would have blinked an eye. But ‘Pierre Delecto’ can be translated as ‘Peter Delight’. Nothing illegal there, of course. But it is certainly deserving of widespread ridicule.
And it’s also deserving of this question: Why the hell would you pick a name like that?

Federalist—According to Burisma’s website, Joseph Cofer Black (Romney adviser) was appointed in February of 2017 and continues to serve on its board. The timelines would indicate that Black and Biden worked together at Burisma, and indeed, web archives from late 2017 show Black and Biden listed simultaneously on the board.
