After rigorous testing by 10 unidentified Hollywood stars, it was revealed that the Nicolas Ghesquière purses only received a one-star rating when the purse seams unraveled after shoplifting three cans of spaghetti from the Dollar Store.
Mr. Gay Squire will see in due time who the joke is.
Ungrateful queer.
Homosexual hissy fit?
Im no Louie fan(only cause they are everywhere..some are damn nice and classic) but you cannot get the same thing at Wal Mart
Its like saying a Mahindra is the same as a Caterpillar
Or a Bersa is the same as a Sig or Steyr
To be honest for purses there are several fancy brands more chic
Gucci
Chanel
Celiné....before Phoebe Philo left...tears per my wife
Prada
But for a fraction of the price you can get great bags that are very well made
Coach obviously...the Camry of womens bags
Dooney and Burke
Kate Spade
Michael Kors....medium brand .....looks like his fancier stuff
Longchamps.....my personal favorite and my ribs first ever sorta fancy bag cost 250 bucks..electric sea blue eel...she still uses it on occasion
Alexander Wang has cheaper bags
Chloé
Best bargain bags period that look great and cost 150-300
La Furla
Fossil
I have bought a lot of bags
Rib gets the good stuff shell hand down one day
Daughters got mid and lower
Handbags are to women what guns and cars are to men
PS a few years ago Missoni was selling inexpensive line at Target in addition to their stratospheric line and had inexpensive but cool looking handbags
I did back in 1982 when I started working for the phone company I bought a small LV for 250.00, then in 94 my peer got the same one for XMAS.....I had to ask her how much her husband paid for it....495.00....I still have it, still use it....in perfect condition so I got my monies worth....
Well good.
I enjoy functional vs high priced gaudy. People buy that stuff to impress others.
I always disliked their design - except, maybe, for their old travel trunks. I believe they were responsible for all of us walking around wearing clothes with logos! And in NYC, everybody is walking around with their cheap knock-offs. Ugly!
Um no... you actually cannot get the same thing at Walmart.
Not even close.
I own a Gucci, Chanel, Prada, and 2 LV’s. Along with some lesser design brands. I use all of them and switch out occasionally. One of my LV’s is 20 years old, been carried a lot, and still draws attention. I also buy high end shoes and accessories such as sunglasses. My favorite pair of sunglasses are Prada. Have a lot of Tiffany silver jewelry and David Yurman silver. I don’t like the look of the cheap crap and my stuff lasts forever. And it will all be handed down, along with my nice jewelry to my daughter and granddaughter. And oh yeah, I can spot that fake crap 10 ft away.
Pierre Hardy and *not* Pierre Delecto?
Wow! Bet you that cheap Walmart junk you’re buying will go straight to the dump or thrift store after you’re gone. My high end stuff will be passed down to my daughter and granddaughter. And if it’s something they don’t want I can always resell it for real money. You can’t say that about Walmart junk.
Price wise does it matter to a regular person?
Whenever you hear one of the elite, the glitterati, a politician, or someone from Hollywood, saying this, or disparaging Trump in any of the hundreds of ways they do, it reveals exactly what they think about us. To them, we are the squirrel-eating, lumpen-proletariat, who exist only for them to look down on.
Hi.
Don’t care what Ghesquière thinks or says. He’s probably a snowflake.
5.56mm
WOW.....you remind me of my ex-gf...
EWwwwwwwww.
Quelle gross.
Functional. But heck, if you have the money to splurge go right ahead.
