That is a really good example of narrative clash. I don’t know how a liberal could possibly address that. They don’t either. They don’t ever have to. It’s telling that their default position is the one that weakens the family. That trumps their economic concerns.
Conservatives spent 20 years arguing with the Left about economic systems that the Left didn’t really care about. They can spread their degeneracy using the market at least as effectively as via government. It’s not like they actually have to choose; they do both.
It’s a, so called, television show on ABC. It neither means anything and has a terrible time trying to display itself as realism. As long as the public chews on this stuff and is willing to buy into the fantasy of life they present, our future is very limited and will be walked on by any predator in any country anywhere. It’s not for the older person, it is to create the delusion the uneducated and sheep kids are attached to so they can sell them anything. And this started with the first time they could stand in front of a TV and will end when they can’t any more.

TV shows are made to present a viewpoint, not to entertain. The story line is to get us interested in watching, and to make us lower our guard and turn off critical thinking.
Then they insert the words and phrases that are the heart of the show.
Like acting in a show on ABC which is owned by Disney....
One reason to watch this show: Sofia Vergara. But I can’t stand the gay couple.
Why watch any of these unfunny “comedies?” All they are are slippery ways to attack us.

you could watch turner classic movies- this is practically the only channel i watch for movies- they also have golden oldie channels for shows liek andy griffith, gunsmoke, etc-

I believe this show has done more damage to the morality and public opinions of this country than any other. So damaging and evil.
My wife was a stay at home mother until the youngest went to school. Then she worked at the school so she could keep the same hours. We have 5 grandchildren that beg to come over every weekend (even the teenagers). I think she made it work and loved it.
All this proves is that women complain about everything. Whatever they decide to do.
