Actually, Rassmussen is probably the most honest and accurate pollster. If you click through to the website, you'll see his tracking poll on Trump with Obama's numbers at the same points of his Presidency. It is a very insightful and informative graph.

Trump's numbers did dip when the Ukraine call came to light, but they've rebounded. At this time in Obama's presidency, he was promoting the American Jobs Act.
