What does the poll say about Congress’ approval rating?
Not just impeachment but the daily 'betrayal of the Kurds' news. Even some here on FR and Republicans say they would no longer support Trump because of what's happening with the Kurds.
Regarding the Kurd situation, we are caught between two so called “allies”. What are our troops supposed to do? Help shoot down Turkish planes?. Give Kurds intelligence on what Turks are doing? A no win situation. What Trump did makes sense. Get out of the way and try to defuse the situation through non-military means. Regardless, the situation there is hopeless. Ten or even a hundred years from now the factions will still hate each other.

Imagine what Trump's approval rating would be if he received the 24/7 worshipful tongue bath the MSM gave Obumagabe for 8 years.
If the Trump campaign effectively outs the truth of Socialism and the Dems love of it, voters will start moving toward Trump. They will do so regardless of whether they approve of Trump or not.
The socialist alternative will not seem so attractive.
1. Rasmussen is biased toward the Left, meaning that the real figure is probably 55% - 57%.
2. Even if the figure is completely accurate, the Dems want to impeach a guy who has the support of 50% of the populace AFTER 4 years of their non-stop, over-the-top, accusations and innuendo. What, THIS TIME their incoherent screeching will move the public into their corner?
These people are just plain nucking futs...so let’s not stop them from continuing to do what they do best. It’ll turn out MUCH better come next November.

The only difference that I see is that there will be no equivalent of the Watergate break-in or cover-up. That, and the Republicans will control both Houses of Congress next term, rather than the Dems as they did in 1973. So this will turn out WAY better, even if Trump “only” wins 40 states.
Why are Democrats so afraid he will be re-elected if their polls saying “Pocahontas wins” are accurate?

The internals to that poll showed 48% of those surveyed were democrats.
