Updated my iPhone and the new schematics are making it hard to read (have adjusted everything possible but this was not an eye friendly update.) Can I go back to previous version?

I suggest you call 1 (800) My-Apple and insist on talking to an person in the iOS section. They can most likely help on this.

Thanks for the suggestion. Coincidentally, received a phone call from “Apple”, a 1-800 number today, alerting me to a breach of my icloud acct. Returned the call to find out if was legit. The message sounded like a fairly good imitation of Apple. But then I remembered that I hadn’t given them my landline # and that I’ve received some sophisticated scams in last few months.
