During a panel discussion about the 2020 campaign on Tuesday’s CBS This Morning, hosts and political analysts agreed that Hunter Biden’s interview with ABC News wasn’t doing his father’s presidential candidacy any favors and might even give President Trump more ammunition against Joe Biden.

I mean, what he [Hunter Biden] did is nothing compared to that. He just sat on a board.
And earned 50k+ per month to just "sit" on that board. I don't begrudge family actually WORKING with other countries and companies (like they are slamming the Trump family for).
I mean they're out there basically saying: "well it wasn't so bad because all he did was sit on his ass and collect money, while members of the Trump family are actually doing WORK for money...shame on them."
I don't know if their claims about the Trump family are true or not. But to draw equivalency like that is so typical.

We are a long ways from the scandal in the Eisenhower administration. Sherman Adams accepted a vicuna coat from a friend who needed help with an SEC matter. Ike was forced to fire his chief of staff over a coat and a few hotel bills.
That was small potatoes compared to what Hunter Biden was raking in on a monthly basis.
