First, neighbors in San Francisco's Clinton Park bought boulders to keep homeless people and drug dealers off their sidewalk.
Now, in Ingleside, a neighbor who did not want to be identified placed a plywood wall to keep the same type of crowd out of an alleyway.

It President Trump wants to really tweak the big city Demcoratic Party cesspools he should have the State Department to issue travel warnings about those cities.
Apparently walls work. Imagine that.
The guy with the beard perfectly sums up why these issues will never go away. He basically says, “We want these problems fixed, but we don’t want to offend anyone in the process. We want to call the local authorities and they’ll handle it.” He gives no indication about how the local govt would actually fix the problem. Meanwhile, a good solution of blocking access to the alley was ripped down. It really is hilarious.
But walls don’t work, remember?
Post apocalyptic dystopia is here. It will only get extremely worse if nothing drastically changes.
What keeps the plywood from being torn down? Make the alleyway a pitbulls rescue spot. Tie up 10 pitbulls. In the morning ther will still only be 10 pitbulls.
