This has NOTHING to do with race however this has everything to do with why in the hell this person was hired in the first place, this young man is definitely NOT law enforcement material!!! He should not be held for murder involuntary manslaughter he certainly did not have the intent of murder!!!!

He had the intent to kill. The fact that he thought that it was OK to kill her doesn’t negate the intent.
It has to do with cops carrying guns they have no business carrying. That gun was developed in Austria for the Austrian military. It has no other safety mechanism other than a detent on the trigger. I know because I own one. If your finger is on the trigger at any time, you stand a good chance of discharging that gun. If you watch the video, he starts to say: "Show me your hands.." but he doesn't even get the last word out of his mouth before the gun goes off. He likely had his finger on the trigger while he was fumbling with his flashlight or tripping over something in the dark, and the gun went off. He is guilty of being a supreme idiot, and carrying a piece of equipment he had no business carrying. You never put your finger on the trigger of a Glock unless you are about to pull it.
This is the type of person politicians want as cops. Mediocre IQ and over paid, thus beholden to the politicians for a better lifestyle than they could ever get anywhere else.
They may be getting charges for the heinous things they do right now but wait until the Left takes over completely and these same people will be lauded and allowed to run roughshod over the serfs.
