The cops in Portland, and the courts! I don't think there were any arrests in the Andy Ngo assault, even though it took place right in front of the cops. And if they did, the courts would let them go, like the two that assaulted the MAGA hat wearer downtown a few weeks ago -- perps were arrested but they just dropped the charges. And there was a big rumble at the Cider Riot before that -- only right-wingers charged, best I can tell.
Same in NYC, where the Proud Boys got ambushed by Antifa when Gavin McGinness and company were leaving the Republican HQ Manhattan -- it was absolutely self-defense for them to kick Antifa a$$, there was video proof.
Maybe the shots fired at the vehicle was the reason it crashed, and just happened to hit the kid. Who knows. The longer we don't hear anything the more likelihood of a cover-up.

Good questions. There are LOTS of questions we need to have answered.
Is Antifa venturing into drug dealing and theft, as it becomes more organized?
Who owned the SUV? Was it stolen? If it was stolen, was this a hit against the kid, as part of an Antifa power struggle?
Why was Rose City Antifa so quick to say this incident was not political? How did they know?
