Okay I still had the tab open on my browser. Here is the image that the link above for Google search results previously provided:

I can't tell if that's the same color blue in the center but the search engine I used compared the two favorably. I went back to find out why searching on the emblem in the photo of POTUS at the rally brought up links re Barack Obama. Well, there is a picture of the OBama's with what looks like the same seal in an article dated Jan 2019.

Maybe there's a simple reason for the color of the seal - season or commemoration etc.; I just don't know.

I’m convinced that it’s not just random, that it was intentional and means something.
