Owl vs. owl: Should humans intervene to save a species?

I don’t think so. I find it sad to be shooting owls for nothing other than depleting the population to “save” another owl. There’s something to be said about allowing nature take it’s course. When we start “managing” wildlife, it’s usually not for the benefit of said wildlife, but for our own benefit or belief.
