Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson, in testimony to House lawmakers about the whistleblower complaint on President Trump's controversial phone call with his Ukrainian counterpart, could not explain what accounted for the 18-day window between the July 25 call and the Aug. 12 complaint filing or when exactly the whistleblower contacted a key Democrat's staff, sources familiar with the testimony told Fox News.
The whistleblower's contact with Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff's staff before filing the complaint in mid-August has prompted renewed scrutiny of Schiff.
The top Democrat previously said we have not spoken directly to the whistleblower, but his office later revised the claim, saying that Schiff himself "does not know the identity of the whistleblower, and has not met with or spoken with the whistleblower or their counsel" for any reason.

They had to change the rule first
One Man’s Whistleblower is another Man’s Seditious Spy.
There is no whistleblower. Fake.
I don’t particularly care about who the whistle blower is or what he fears.
I’d like his claims and the claims of his informants to be revealed and investigated
What a complete joke all of this is.
Atkison is deep state through and through. He worked for Mueller and for Obamaroid AND Killery.
They will slowly leak out the damaging info so by the time there is any public testimony it will be old news.
Did the person get help from their attorneys in writing the complaint?
(Schitt for Brain's staff did recommend the person get an attorney)
If so, did the person's attorneys receive assistance from congressional sources in writing the complaint with their client?
Doing that would make the statement true while not disclosing the actual truth.
SO many questions.
The dems have control of the house, so they can do what ever they want. But to breach Executive Privilege, they are going to need real probable cause and a full vote of the house. At least that is the way I see it with my limited knowledge. Then there is Trumps agenda which is not liked by majorities in both the political branches. I think the dems are thinking that by doing this, Trump has to keep his party happy so they will not vote to remove after impeachment. But Trump’s move today in Syria shows Trump will not play by that. If this is all about the 2020 elections, I think the dems are in trouble. But if the Senate were to vote to remove Trump, the dems would run the table in 2020. The repubs have control here, but they have a history of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
Can he explain why the rule was changed and when?
This is almost an exact copy of the anti Kavanaugh conspiracy.
There was a whistleblower. The person probably played the skin flute is my guess.
That is need to know, deplorable citizen, and you have no need to know. :-(
The whistle blower was in on the call? Well, THAT shouldn’t be too hard to figure out.
Cause it took Shifty that long to hatch a plot.
That's brilliant. Hence the need for the back-up spy.
Why do they have political hacks working for the CIA?
