Still have some Buttercrunch lettuce growing, It's awesome in both taste and texture.

Soooooo....decided to grow it hydroponically this winter (NYS Zone 6).

Using Mason Jars per a great video I found. Also, considering Spinach.

I have some gladiolus bulbs I pulled out of the ground after blooming. Will they keep all winter? I live in Kansas.

Interesting, I went to youtube and typed in mason jar hydroponics and found a few. I’m really just curious as we just don’t get enough sun here. I do alfalfa sprouts in the winter.

I have been thinking of trying that myself. Fresh herbs would be nice and leaf lettuce too.
