anytime you see “Brilliant” “Mesmerizing” “Spellbinding” “Best movie of the year” blah blah blah in the reviews they show for the commercials- the movies are generally stinkers that the producers are trying to hype so they can recoup some of their losses- The commercials are really playing it up big- usually a sign of a stinker of a movie-

Corrupted banal Hollyweird cant come up with anything original? Has to reach back and steal Batmans Joker and reincarnate a far sinister evil cretin. Cesar Romero RIP you were the original and absolute best Joker ever and brought such fun and joy to the role unlike the modern day demon bastardized by scum of the earth leftoid producers of crap.

There was a movie called "From Hell" which starred Johnny Depp. It was set in London during the Jack the Ripper Murders. Depp was the detective trying to solve the case. It was interesting and disturbing. The title comes from a note written by the Ripper and signed "From Hell".

I will probably see this. Not sure why I want to, but I do. Maybe because I liked the Dark Knight movies. This seems like it may be like Batman only with no emergence of a hero.
I will also CC, but that’s my normal readiness condition pretty much always. Not that it makes a difference but we live in the shadow of two very well known mass shooting incidents. So, yeah, CC is the norm.

Why all the hate on Bernhard Goetz in the article? All Goetz did was defend himself.

It's hard to imagine anyone equaling Heath Leger's “Joker” but I'm sure I'll borrow this from my local library when it's released on bluray.

The Devils with Oliver Reed was pretty unsettling.

Interesting that Wiki does not have a listing for Bernhard Goetz.

Some critics are all but predicting that real-world violence will result from this movie. So can we blame Hollywood if it happens, rather than the psychokiller?
