Loser at District Court will certainly appeal.
Judge Howell worked for Senator Leahy, was appointed to United States Sentencing Commission by George W. Bush in 2004, nominated for District Court Judge by Obama in 2010, confirmed by voice vote (no NAY votes), and is now the Chief Judge in that Courthouse.

Disgusting to watch how low the Dems will go, how deep is the swamp, don’t think we’ve seen the bottom yet unfortunately.
I am confused as to how liberals get to choose sympathetic judges but conservatives seem to always get stuck with whoever and that is generally a liberal judge.
I used to actually believe judges were supposed to be impartial and non political in their rulings. Guess I am just old.
