Sounds like BS. Energy density is key and they only say it has better density than aluminum.
Gasoline has 1000 times the energy density of Lithium iOn.
Yeah, if someone could come up with rechargeable gasoline, they probably could retire.
Someone will say "fuel cells". Fuel cells don't work well with gasoline, because of side reactions. So, yes, awesome energy density, but it doesn't scale down well as an energy source.
True, but then there are the engine, transmission, fuel storage, self-life, refining, finding/exploration, and transportation costs.
Energy density is of primary concern when you need a lot of it. When you only need a little available energy, like using your cell phone to call for help, the convenience of electrical storage devices is priceless! ;)

And - the Hydrino reaction yields about 200x that of gasoline, for equal masses ...
Speaking of which, the BrLP crew just released another video today showing the melt-down of a Hydrino reactor in a water bath during a calorimetry run:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=srInBiYcOeU&feature=youtu.be
Description:
We continue to improve the power released by the reaction of atomic hydrogen to hydrino or dark matter form of hydrogen catalyzed by HOH catalyst present in trace in low pressure hydrogen.
A large heat sink comprising 15 kg of gallium metal, half inch-thick steel reaction chamber walls to distribute heat, and dual impinging water jets in a 200-gallon tank of room temperature water were overwhelmed by the power of the SunCell® resulting in rapid onset of flash boiling and melting through the thick stainless steel wall that quenched the hydrino reaction.
The theoretical power from conventional chemistry with hydrogen addition is zero. Very substantial hydrino power is developed relative to the input power to initiate the reaction.
