I don’t have that, but what I do have is a constant “whooshing” in my right ear with my pulse, I’ve had it for a few years.
I went to get an MRI and they couldn’t find anything. I’ve pretty much gotten used to it by now.

I do have is a constant “whooshing” in my right ear with my pulse, I’ve had it for a few years. I have it in both. I've learned to enjoy it. If I turn my head left and right it changes dramatically.

Look up Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and try the remedies. I sometimes have issues.
When I do I take Vitamin A with something else that I Have forgotten since it has been awhile.
