Ive heard that joke a lot. I think it had to do with the morsels imported into the USA, in particular the old Discovery with the tiny 8 cylinder petrol.
Aside from the ancient D90 I have that is still going, Ive have a Range Rover supercharged that has been amazing since 2014 that had been solid for 120,000 miles.
Generally true. If you don’t abuse it serves well. I wouldn’t take it for off roading though.
Most people disappointed got them used and in poor condition.
I’m on my second Range Rover Sport Supercharged, not a single problem with the first one, nine thousand miles in on the second, and no issues.
