there allegedly is talk about stabilized Muscovite
For a long time there has been talk about an "island of stability" ([snip] the isotope lawrencium 266... has an astonishingly long half-life of 11 hours [/snip]) starting about element 126, based on the theory and experiences that gave us the Periodic Table. The point is, what Lazar said about element 115 (and years ago he wasn't sure whether it was 114, 115, or 116, but said it was "right in there") is a smoking pile of BS.
Well, obviously there must be a stable version of the element 115, or one that can be accessed somehow. But of course science just says, “nothing to see here, move along now.”
Whatever process is used, it could possibly explain why there is trace radioactivity detected at many UFO landing sites.
lazar may be bullshit, but there is a wedge of truth in there somewhere, either he is hiding the truth or is ignorant about the process he is attempting to describe.
