A CNN opinion piece poses Trump's retweeting of a pastor's tweet about "civil war" as a dog whistle for moar violence:

Seems to me that there’s some Black Power Activists that have been pretty violent too, as well as hateful speech. Black Panthers, BLM/Antifa, New Black Panthers.

People need to get back to God and pray instead of shaking fists and crying DOOM.
