Fred Fleitz, who recently served as chief of staff to former National Security Adviser John Bolton and is the CEO of the Center for Security Policy, has questioned the origins of the complaint about President Trump and Ukraine.
He spoke after a redacted version was released publicly on Thursday morning.

That was my first reaction. The complaint as published was a very professional product. Discovery should include the entire chain of custody and identification of all the lawyers and Democratic staff who massaged it.
I thought the complaint was sent to IG and Congress complained they were not notified. Yet when the complaint dated Aug 12 was released to public it was addressed to shiftt. So which is it?
Yes his parody speech was prepared before he saw the transcript of the call. So he just went with it anyway.
It is becoming obvious by the hour the entire mess was a coordinated effort from Day #1. Schiff was well aware of the machinations of the CIA and knew the complaint was coming. The thing got knocked down for the fraud it was but Nancy and Schiff knew about it so the Acting DNI let it go forward as if it were a legit “WhistleBlower” case when it wasn’t. So now he and Barr can either continue to pretend it is legit or step on it (which as of yesterday neither seemed willing to do). The Rats have walked the country right up to a cliff and I don’t think they can back down. It’s just another day in the con as far as they are concerned.
Part of the problem we have had in this war with the Rats is they have quite strategically dispersed their forces and covered and camoflouged their vulnerable assets. But now they have gotten desperate and the CIA has come out of the shadows. Now we have a place to focus our fire. In Minecraft.
And to the notion that actual whistleblwoers will be chilled by exposing this miscreant, that's BS.
I want to see ICIG Atkinson exposed too. He's in on this scam. As you note, so is Congress. Coordinated hit job just like "Russian collusion."
The government is in open revolt against the people.
I suppose it isn’t inevitable at this point. Pelosi and Schiff could publicly apologize and admit they have screwed up. It could happen but the probability is pretty close to zero.

The notifications don't include the complaint or even a summary of the underlying evidence, but do say that the compoaint is of presidential conduct. The president is not subject to IC oversight. This is obvious.
I don't have details of the "official" timeline of notifications back to Aug 12.
DOJ has absolute authority in this subject.

As to true facts, what Schiff knew and when he knew it, in my view doesn't matter much becuse he is actining in uncosntutional fashion. Who has oversight on Congress? Nobody. Congress is above the law.
