A complaint from an intelligence-community employee about statements made by the President during a telephone call with a foreign leader does not involve an "urgent concern," as defined in 50 U.S.C. 3033(k)(5)(G), because the alleged conduct does not relate to "the funding, administration, or operation of an intelligence activity" under the authority of the Director of National Intelligence. As a result, the statute does not require the Director to transmit the complaint to the congressional intelligence committees.
Of course, now we know that Schiff already had the report, just holding it for the prearranged time. Victoria Toensing said that the report cites S0r0s funded investigations and Mark Levin pointed out that the report was produced by a professional opposition research sort of person for just the sort of purpose for which it is being used.
Rush is now claiming a 'soft civil war', but some of us have seen the Dems pushing civil war for at least two years. The Dem 'rats are destroying the nation - likely at the behest of billionaires like S0r0s.
