This was circa 1971-72. This particular womens restroom was as filthy as you could think.
The graffiti on the walls was a PITA to clean off. Women write more on walls than men do, usually because they have pens and pencils and small knives or fingernail files in their purses, and men usually don’t
Used tampons and kotexes thrown up against the walls, mounds of toilet paper thrown on the floor, totally disgusting....................
Kind of ironic, but I think woman are so clean-oriented, that their restroom activity centers around doing everything so as to not personally touch anything. By jumping thru hoops to accomplish that, the room is littered and germed for the worse.
But then again, 1 restroom in a certain kind of establishment doesn’t tell much.
I “stand” by the standing thing. Thank God my father was man enough to do what he wanted and NOT make those gross messes in our house.
