POTUS is a general without a beltway army. Democrats prepare to issue a flurry of subpeonas. GOP flap their gums and dreams about Trump losing in 2020.
We need a comic strip artist to draw a series of panels where cheese, bacon, etc are put as bait in rat traps. Then each rat approaches the trap. Then the final panel is a rat motel. Rats go in. They don’t come out.

I think POTUS has dialed down the volume a bit for now. The Dems want drama and he wants to project business as usual.
