Legal beagles rejoiced when lower down peeps were indicted in Uranium One because that’s a common strategy - start with the lower levels arresting and convicting your way up the pyramid so by the time you get to the top levels, you have a mountain of successful convictions containing evidence that links to the top.

Absolutely agree with you. Not only that, it takes a long time to investigate and get the ducks in a row. How long did it take Rudy G. to put together the RICO case taking down Mafiosos?

I believe some of last week's "recent additions" the FBI FOIA Vault records release may hold useful information about swamp activities. Hard to tell which ones are the result of specific private requests and if some of them might be information the Trump Administration is now making available for a purpose.

1. Joint Duty Assignment Policy Guide:

This policy seems to open the possibility that FBI staff are/were assigned to other positions in the government simultaneously. This may be a means by which the FBI could also be working for the CIA (Or is it the CIA infiltrating or orchestrating the actions of the FBI). It would allow FBI to be seeded in Joint Duty Assignments throughout President Trump's administration (internal spy network). It would give FBI international reach if staff are Joint Duty assigned to CIA. It could give CIA domestic reach if staff are also FBI.

I placed the FBI FOIA link to the document and a screen shot of the introduction here:

Stylin19a had a look at the document's expiration/renewal dates here  (see Strzok note)

2. Five Eyes Law Enforcement Group Meeting

Pardon me while I may over simplify my concerns about this document. In Clinton and Obama style regimes, this enforcement group was equipped to function like the regime's private police force. For example, silencing (or worse) witnesses (looking at you, @JohnHereToHelp) and helping with expertise regarding mass shootings, child abuse, terrorism, ANY federal crime reported gets "help" from the team. The fact that it's Five Eyes means that it has international reach.

At the FR link I provided below, I fretted that this program included Victim's Assistance, which the IG has been auditing all across the nation (state programs etc.) I suspect this FOIA may partially relate to those IG reports - Q said 60 to 80 percent would be confidential in order to avoid collapsing the government (too much corruption). So it's possible the IG published the non-classified information and has been amassing documentation proving illicit use of this group as a private spy/police network hiding in plain site.

At the link below I noted Kathyrn Turman is Assistant Director of Office of Victims Assistance per the FOIA document. Tonight I found that Mueller awarded Turman a 2007 Rank Award and here's some of her bio notes

"Kathryn McKay Turman is the Program Director of the FBI’s Office for Victim Assistance. Ms. Turman built the FBI’s Victim Assistance Program from the ground up, from hiring expert staff, to establishing special programs for interviewing child victims, to providing crisis services to victims of terrorism. She now leads a staff of more than 120 victim-witness specialists and manages a $15 million budget. She is considered a cornerstone of rights and services for crime victims."

It's ghastly because I believe this enforcement group basically enforces and protects child trafficking and other crimes - preys on victims etc. :(  I could be wrong but the key players seem evil or work for evil people. Two others on the Enforcement team were specifically appointed by Comey.

I provided comments and the FBI FOIA link to the document along with several screen shots here: https://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3781256/posts? page=1426#1426

3. James Breslin

Breslin authored the book, "The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight." An FBI letter (1970) notes that Breslin had a hostile atitude toward the FBI director and the Agency (author implies FBI permits Mafia to control Brooklyn etc.).

The pages following that letter appear to offer evidence that Breslin, then a a journalist, was an infiltrator to facilitate protests/social unrest at home and over seas. So perhaps this has nothing to do with our scope of interest, or perhaps it documents the FBI's attempt to frame an author critical of their agency as an infiltrator/dangerous.  I'm not sure. This may be an exemplar of the kind of black mail the swamp holds over individuals.

4. Roy Cohn

Hard for me to tell whether this is an FBI "frame him" file. The most noteworthy pattern of information is the documentation of supposed crimes with the note to essentially hold the information. The file is 748 pages long with allegations of bribery investigations with significant redactions. Checking Wiki, Cohn was prominently (sneeringly) noted as a mentor to Donald Trump. While the supposed allegations of crimes stem from the 60's, there is no indication he was ever charged with a crime. In the 80s he was disbarred for ethics complaints. Given the way the wiki is written, and this file, I suspect this is the kind of black mail file the swamp maintains for later use. The document must be downloaded from the FBI FOIA Vault. I will put a capture of the first page which, to me, seems to indicate, "Build a fake file on this guy, but don't do anything with it until we give you the signal." In the past week, the MSM has been touting this release as sleezy information on Trumps' prior attorney/mentor. Yet another way the FBI can use it's smear files?

5. Criminal Justice Information Services Division - Statement of Authorities and Responsibilities 0060D

Just a few notes - I didn't go far with this. Based on a quick review of this document, I found only the signature of the Assistant Director of Thomas E. Bush of note - others may comprehend more of it than I did. It's sweeping collection of electronic data on Americans (no stone left untouched). Wonder if this is basis for Google?  Director Mueller appointed him Assistant Director of the Criminal Justice Information Services Division December 23, 2004.

In the news article below, Bush was talking about the massive biometric database he was building for the nations that make up Five Eyes - his work was well advanced back in 2007. West Virginia University serves FBI biometrics research arm.
Here's a WAPO article detailing the harvesting of biometric data on Americans.
