I’m not entirely sure what’s going on with Schiff for Brains, but I can’t believe that he is so stupid that he thought making up lies about what was in the transcript and then trying to claim it was a “parody” would fly. Yes, he’s incredibly stupid. But that stupid???
I am starting to wonder if perhaps that was supposed to be a cover for his removal from Congress.
IMO his removal *could* be close and if so, it’s probably premature to announce that he’s being sent to Gitmo for crimes against children and crimes against humanity. So maybe he could be arrested quietly after he publicly “resigns” or is otherwise removed from Congress.
Just a wild guess on my part.

Gotta keep in mind that for his and his fellow travelers entire lives up until very recently, the public’s ability to access news and information was very tightly controlled by themselves and their blatant allies.
It has *always* been the practice to make speeches lathered in lies knowing that those lies and then smile and say “just kidding” to the in crowd, but also knowing that the lies would be repeated ad nausea and the “just kidding” part would be edited out.
The only thing that is odd this time is we got to see the “just kidding” part of the lie manufacturing. If I had to guess, I’d say someone nameless and partial to the number 17 was on the camera crew and made sure that part was made available.
