I just don't see him as changing his story. He withheld the aid, long before the phone call. I know the dems will see it just as you say, but I disagree.

I think he believes you don't give money to corrupt regimes, but that would be true for any regime, not JUST the Ukraine.

Having said that, I actually welcome impeachment. The Senate will not convict, and the act will only anger voters against the dems, since in the Senate trail, Trump can bring forth REAMS of evidence the media cannot hide. I think the dems try to drag it out until AFTER the elections.
