That is very true... you cannot become fat without insulin. That is because you will be dead without insulin and corpses are unable to “grow fat”. Your body needs insulin for your cells to absorb the fuel in your bloodstream that they need to live. And that fuel is carbohydrates whether or not you get them directly from carbohydrates in your food or your body converts fat or protein to carbohydrate through metabolic processes. Without blood sugar and insulin your brain dies in about 5 minutes.
I am sorry, but you are spreading the very worst kind of misinformation. You have absolutely no understanding of what you are spouting off about. Sometimes people spread nonsense that does little harm... but people who follow your misguided advice will be putting their health at risk. As a general rule of thumb it is better for people keep their mouths shut about subjects they have no true understanding of.

You are the idiot, you keep shooting Insulin (unless you are Type 1 Diabetic then that is the correct thing to do) If you are Type 2 and your Pancreas can still make enough Insulin then you don’t need to be shooting additional Insulin into your system that continues to make you more and more Insulin Resistant.
PS Your Brain Died 5 minutes ago and it didn’t need Insulin to do it ;^)
