When I met my beautiful bride-to-be (in a bar), and got to know of her lack of Christian upbringing, I never imagined that I would hear say: “I don’t believe in the pill. It’s just another way to degrade, what is supposed to be special between a man and wife.” I had a Christian upbringing; strong enough to resist the urge (even in the most irresistable situations that I would put myself in). But I fell in love with her after the first date, and would have done anything she asked. She said we wait.

The pill like most things had downsides and upsides. It freed a lot of women from crushing poverty. Poverty will kill you just as sure as breast cancer.
Beside the obvious direct effects off the pill on the person impacted, there is ample evidence of the hormones affecting the entire human environment, lacing drinking water of many municipalities which affects men and children as well.
I’m convinced the relatively recent upswing of male homosexuality is one indirect result.
