Due to his brain surgeries, he's lost the ability to discern inappropriate behavior, and his sense of discernment and self control. It's not his fault, he isn't deliberately fondling other peoples children in front of new cameras, he simply thinks it's appropriate.

I’m thinking that we haven’t seen anything yet with the Dem’s and their primary. Seems to me like they’re playing nice with each other because they can continue to uniformly, try to attack the President. I think at some point, as they approach the actual state primary elections, the claws will come out and they will get vicious.
When that happens their circus will go into overdrive. The Super Delegates will “have no choice” but to nominate the only adult in the room, in their warped sense of reality, which isn’t the same reality as you and I know it.
Because we all know, it’s her turn, right? (3rd time around, 3rd times a charm)
