Swedish police working in the no-go Stockholm suburb of Rinkeby in Sweden say criminals "laugh" at laws, according to reports.Member of the regional police in Rinkeby, Hanif Azizi, said he was frustrated with the dangerous situation in the suburb, which has become infamous for its riots and high levels of crime, according to Swedish broadcaster SVT.
