Finally got around to making that orange marmalade. It turned out pretty good I think, maybe a little too thick. The jar in the back on the left was the only one I put jalapenos in (hat tip to JRandomFreeper). I went conservative (chicken) diced them very small and they were total clean of seeds and membranes. Just had some on a half of an English muffin and I like it! The jalapeno flavor does come through and I think complements the orange.
