However, I also remember questioning that at the time. Does anyone think that a bank vault had $150 bil tucked safely away? Money does not work like that... and the $ bil+ cash on pallets flown to Iran...?

Concur the cash piece made no sense - should have been a simple wire transfer. Only reason to do the cash payout is to allow for funny business the can’t be tracked...which is completely what I think happened.
