Critics are branding the new Rambo movie as racist because it dares to depict the actual violence that takes place on the Unites States southern border.
Rambo: Last Blood is being slammed by professional critics as xenophobic, racist, and a call for President Trumps border wall thanks to its politically incorrect storyline.

Witney Seibold said, "I understand that Rambo films have rarely been bastions of cultural togetherness, but in 2019, these broad stereotypes are offensive and dated and downright irresponsible."
Eric Kohn of IndieWire said: "In 2019's hypersensitive cultural environment, the depiction of murderous Mexican crime bosses and their cowering sex slaves encountering a literal white savior doesnt go down so easy."
Charles Trepany calls it a "MAGA fantasy" and writes::
"The filmmakers have made Mexico seem like an infinite wasteland of crime and death, and most of the Latinx characters on screen are criminals or broad stereotypes. I understand that Rambo films have rarely been bastions of cultural togetherness, but in 2019, these broad stereotypes are offensive and dated and downright irresponsible."
This massively enlarged prostate of a film can only make you wince with its badly acted geronto-ultraviolence, its Trumpian fantasies of Mexican rapists and hilariously insecure US border, and its crass enthusiasm for rape-revenge attacks undertaken by a still-got-it senior dude.
I had already determined I wasn’t going to go see this movie, but now I do. Thanks, critics.
Me too!
Ill see this. In a month or two when I can watch in the comfort of my home on a big flat screen.
I’m fed up with everything out of Hollywood needing to carry a political message. American movies are not even close to the quality of many of the foreign films. Even the Chinese focus on the story and the story only. If Hollywood made the same movie it would have to be PC, carry an anti-Trump message and a save the planet theme. When I watch a film I want to be entertained with a good story; I don’t need lessons on climate change, plastic pollution or any of the other fifty agendas popular with celebrities.
Wow, that's some pretty crappy grammar right there, dude.
Was my mistake. Both were Witney Seibold.
I lost all respect I might ever have had for professional movie critics in 1977.
The depiction of anything that resembles reality is pro Trump.
Curious. I thought Stallone was a libtard celebrity. Has he had an epiphany?
Actually it would be the truth and reality that they hide from the masses. It would be a real life scenario and situation anywhere within a hundred miles of the border on the Mexico side.
Ditto!
And the last movie I saw at the theater was 30 Days of Night.
(Although something tells me that the enemedia is purposefully trying to encourage an, Aurora theater, event with this article)
Wouldn’t miss it for the world. May watch it twice...
Isnt this EXACTLY the reality the democrats/socialists have been painting for the last decade?
And it sure goes down easy when the white savior pays their bills.
Total wackos!
I have NO IDEA where you heard that or where you read it.
I’m guessing you didn’t since he never has been.
Listen to the “inspiration speech” in Rocky Balboa and you’ll know what he’s all about.
I dont need a more convincing review than that!! Cant wait to see it!
This person should work for Stallone's marketing department - I'm SO going to see this movie now!!
