It’s very possible that these abortionists are actually serial killers that found an outlet for their desires. No better place to hide than in plain sight with the support of half the country.
Serial killers often keep trophies. It seems this is very much the same behavior.

Doctors who go into abortion do not do so because they are good at being doctors.
