Happened nine or so hours ago...still no word on the driver’s ID or charges.
Reportedly the driver of the Mercedes got out of his vehicle after the crash, walked over to a sofa in the lobby, sat down, then said nothing.
Doesn’t sound like a medical event.

I read that the driver is a female. It sounds like a mental illness event. TDS is a big problem when sufferers get into position to operate deadly weapons like cars. There should be Red Flag laws designed to deny driving privileges to those known to be afflicted with TDS. Heck, it could even be personalized with a name like “Emily’s Law” or “Barkevious’ Law”. Just call if “Covfefe’s Law”.
After looking at satellite pics of the location and pics of the scene, I don’t think an accident/medical event is likely.
Looks like a deliberate act to me.

This is a very key point about the fake news.
The information they choose to omit is as or more important than the actual fake news that is fabricated.
At times it just doesn’t make sense. Who is it that can tell the Brown Shirt Media it wouldn’t be helpful at this juncture to needlessly rile people up with the news that Iranians had hijacked yet another tanker? The CIA? The FBI? The State Department? Seems to me the Brown SHirt Media would run screaming to the presses if the Trump Admin even tried that. So rationally we almost have to conclude it is a non-government actor. Soros? The Editors at The NY Times? Is it just the randomness of Clown World? Or perhaps “journalists” are all so attuned to their narratives they just know what to do without being told?
Maps show the entrance is at a T of two streets. It’s easy to plow headlong straight into it the driver were texting and not paying attention, or a medical condition, or deliberately.
