Over the past year I've been checking the DOJ website there have been many massive fraud convictions. It seems healthcare was Obama Administration's favorite slush fund. I recall POTUS has recently said we need better services/facilities for mental illness. And here we have 16 million dollars diverted away from the mentally ill who really need it - into the big pile of money circulating in the deep state's "blood stream" Sad.
