Hi Gina, we’re mostly dry here too. But I’m happy for that as it let me get the deck stained today. Everything good?

Oh, we’re fine here.

You stained your deck. Is it a new deck, or you just put a coat on it?

It’s not new but is north facing so it never gets sun and Maryland is often wet. It goes through 6 year stain every two years. Was a power wash and a new coat.

That’s what I thought it might be.

Just today, I was thinking I’d like to do that to our south-facing fence. Pressure wash and Thompson’s, but I have many home projects ahead of that. :-)
