To: Bigg Red

The Israeli system seems to resemble the British; parties win, not candidates per se; and usually parties have to from coalition governments as there are more than two parties. I don’t know if it’s better or worse than ours. I do know that George Washington in his Farewell Address strongly warned against political parties and his warnings have come absolutely true.

Just saw this article. Seems to be saying that, while Netanyahu didn’t win, his opponent didn’t either.

Still confused, but it looks like Bibi could still resume the PM position. Fingers crossed.

There is a lot to criticize in the parliamentary system, but at least they DO have a way to terminate the reign of an executive who has gone off the rails. Sadly, that seems to be their opinion of Boris.

Not to worry though; if they get rid of Boris through nefarious hanky panky, they’re going to wind up with Prime Minister Nigel Farage and the Brexit Party after the next election.
