In a great, vast country such as ours with well over 300 million in population, there are bound to be a certain number of nut cases. It is indeed unfortunate that so many of them show up in the social activity we term government . Schiff is a perfect example of that deficiency.
I read somewhere an explanation of the coup plotters:
