The Long Island judge allegedly busted breaking into a 23-year-old ex-intern and neighbor's home to steal her underwear admitted as much before his arraignment Friday, and confessed it wasn't the first time he's been in that house for "panties," according to a felony complaint.
Robert Cicale, a Republican district court judge from Suffolk County, told cops he was in the house on Donna Place in East Islip Thursday and left when he heard the young woman come home, the complaint says. The woman called her mother, who then called 911, and cops found Cicale a few blocks away.
"He was found to be in possession with soiled female undergarments that we believe were either proceeds of this burglary or a prior burglary," Suffolk County Acting Police Commissioner Stuart Cameron said after the arrest Thursday.
According to the complaint, Cicale admitted the "panties" he had on him when he was arrested were "from other times I went into the house."

Society has no real protection from sick judges that sit on the bench. There is no mechanism for citizens with legitimate complaints to be heard. Judges are a privileged and protected class. This sick lowlife got caught. The vast majority of sick ,deviant judges simply go to work.
Aren’t judges suppose to be really old and beyond that kind of sexual interest... or maybe some old men go the other way and get really interested in sex.

It’s New York, I unfortunately live here - have to because of a family member - and can attest that this is nothing new. If they ain’t corrupt they’re perverts or both. Absolutely the most corrupt state in the union, maybe second only to California. Why else would the multiple felon who is above the law Hillary F. Clinton choose New York to run for the Senate?

Aren’t all NY State level judges appointed rather than elected? And if that is the case, there is the problem. they should be elected at 2 or 4 year intervals
