Police in Minneapolis have arrested more than a dozen suspected gang members, some as young as 13, accused of preying on drunk people and robbing them of their cellphones and valuables in a series of violent attacks.
One of the incidents took place on August 3 at the Target Field plaza and was captured on surveillance video.
The graphic recording shows a gaggle of about 12 teenagers and young men surround two men playing a game of dice on the sidewalk.

The police may have apprehended the perps, but I would be shocked if any would ever be tried for their crimes let alone do the serious jail time they deserve. Minnesota is liberal la-la land and these poor misguided youth might at worst get a slap on the wrist. However, Minnesota is a concealed carry state and these feral youths might end up dead with citizens protecting themselves when the criminal justice system cannot. I am also glad this video has gone viral so downtown Minneapolis businesses and professional sports franchises can see why their patrons are disappearing. Minneapolis ( a.k.a New Mogadishu) under the leadership of leftist loons will soon become literally a third world dung heap just like LA and San Francisco
