I really dont understand why people do this. Thank heavens they were rescued in time. First, let me say that this case, 117 dogs, is excessive, however, I know a family that became homeless, they had 4 dogs so they called around to try to get help. Every single place wanted $100 per dog. The man told them if he had that kind of money, he wouldn't be homeless. No one would help.
