The noon schedule's most interesting games appear to be the rivalry game between Pitt and Penn State at Happy Valley and THE Ohio State University starting Big 10 = 14 season @ 2-0 Indiana. Both Penn State and THE Ohio State University are over 2 TD favorites
The most interesting game in the mid-afternoon time window is the annual battle of Iowa as Iowa visits Aames. ESPN College Gameday will broadcast from Aames for what I believe is the first time in the shows history. Iowa is a 2.5 pt favorite.
Other interesting games in that time window are Stanford visiting Disney World to play Central Florida, and USC paying a visit to Provo. UCF is a TD favorite, and USC is a 4.5 pt favorite.
The prime time window does not offer prime time match ups. We shall see if Florida will start a new winning streak against Kentucky. Clemson will pay a visit to Syracuse to deliver a beat down.
Fort those of you who like to watch the triple option, Georgia Southern is playing Minnesota at 2:30PM. The game is on the Big 10 Network.
I love watching the triple option - even though my alma mater is going up against it.
Clemson at Syracuse. I have my beloved Tigers on upset alert. This matchup always gives us fits.
Kent State (1-1) at No. 8 Auburn (2-0), 7 p.m. ET, ESPN2
War Eagle!!
Long overdue for Ames to get a visit from the Gameday crew. But yeah that does kind of indicate a slow weekend TV schedule. ISU should have gotten a Gameday visit back in 2002 when #2 OU visited #9 Iowa State and Heisman hopeful Seneca Wallace but they opted for #7 Notre Dame at #18 AFA in Co Springs instead.
Florida seems overrated but probably gonna win that Kentucky game.
New USC quarterback is looking pretty good.
Wife scheduled a dinner for us Saturday evening at a restaurant with no TV, and OU plays at UCLA at 7 o’clock. That reservation is getting moved elsewhere as I type this.
Oh yeah, Clemson at Syracuse, the last few years I always make sure to tune into that game. Cuse seems to nearly have their number every year only to miss a chip shot field goal in the closing seconds or something.

I am not sure what team you will support but I expect the Rose Bowl to be painted Oklahoma Red. That game will be a horror show of football murder.
We used the Wishbone well past it’s best used by date and still did pretty well.
Kent State vs. Nat. Guard?
Sooner fans will outnumber UCLA Fans. The UCLA fans will be in the trash cans behind the abortion centers.
Texas Tech vs Arizona. Last game of the night unless Hawaii is playing at home.
Much better tv matchups on 9/21, this weekend looks a little light. Really looking forward to Notre Dame at Georgia on 9/21!
UT Chattanooga will upset Tennessee as Tennessee goes 0-3 for the first time in its history.
Boomer Sooner here, yeah UCLA is hot garbage this year. If anyone can turn that program around it should be Chip Kelly. He had a knack at Oregon to get a ton of the 3-star, mostly undersized, fast/quick type of recruits that he could coach up into his system. He should be able to get the same type of guy at UCLA eventually... soon.
But you’re right, shouldn’t be a close game. Should get to see Jalen Hurts, followed by Tanner Mordecai, followed by the next great OU QB Spencer Rattler. Freshman. Kid is a stud
Georgia Southern played LSU and now Minnesota in two of their first three matchups. They are taking the money and hope to survive intact toughened for the rest of the season.
Still believe GaSO should have stayed in FCS and been one of the two or three dominant teams. I know there was a lot more excitement about the team then.
Send Madison to another country and it is one of the greatest places I have ever lived.
My beloved New Mexico Lobos travel to South Bend for a beat down from the Domers. I’m hoping for a competitive 1st quarter, but I won’t hold my breath. UNM’s Head Coach Bob Davie won’t be making the trip to his old stomping grounds due to health reasons. He had a heat exhaustion issue during the Lobos opener 2 weeks ago.
I hope that kid is a good as hyped because that has to be one of the best football names I have ever heard. Also perfect for a kid with the last name of Rattler playing in Oklahoma where I am sure there are a lot of rattlesnakes. One can rename Memorial Stadium the "Snake Pit" and OU fans will bring rattlesnake tails to games.
