Get rid of the Pink Hat!
Not up north any more. . . Now in St. George, Utah. Moved here last week. I had to get the hell out of Hellifornia. Im selling off all of my properties there. The demented progressives have leaped off the cliff. The first passed Rent Control in Sacramento and then today for all of California to ease the housing crisis in the state. They couldnt ease their way out of a rotten wet paper bag. They havent the inkling of a clue about economics. . . or what causes housing shortages.
Rent control for ALL of California!!?? Jaw drop.
Yup, and no one can refuse to rent to a Section 8 applicant! I saw the portents looming and had the foresight to abandon ship, but perhaps not soon enough to sell my properties before the prices will start dropping!
iOS 13, the version of the operating system that lands in a few days, works on phones back to the iPhone 6s, which was introduced in September 2015. That means it will be fully supported at least until the next version is released next fall. Most existing apps will likely continue to work for at least a year or two after that.
