that’s kinda silly. If I’m sitting at my cubicle and have a heart attack, is my company responsible?

If I go for a jog during lunch break and die of a heart attack, is the company responsible?

I don’t think these judges are really thinking this through or, more likely, they needed to make a decision that matches a certain agenda.
